Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of attending one of the summer’s most elegant experiences—an Aperol + Miraval sunset event hosted at Si Si Restaurant, located inside the luxurious EHP Resort & Marina in East Hampton. With panoramic views over the water and golden-hour skies as the backdrop, the evening felt like a Mediterranean escape in the heart of the Hamptons.
From the very first pour, it was clear: this was no ordinary tasting. The Aperol spritzes were refreshing and vibrant, the Miraval rosé flowed generously, and the unlimited oysters stole the show.
