Q. What do you engrave?
A. We offer laser engraving on bottles and items purchased directly from our store. It's a great way to personalise a gift — think birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, retirements, or any special occasion worth celebrating.
 
Q. What kind of designs can I have engraved?
A. We can engrave messages, photos, logos, images, or any design you've created and would like on your item. If you can share it with us, we can work with it — the possibilities are wide open.
 
Q. How much does engraving cost?
A. For bottles and items purchased in our store, we keep our engraving prices affordable. If you're bringing in an item from outside our store, pricing varies depending on the complexity of the design — reach out or stop by, and we'll give you a quote.
 
Q. How long does engraving take?
A. For messages, our standard turnaround is 24 hours. For images, logos, and custom designs, we ask for at least 3 business days. We will contact you if we are unable to complete your order within the expected timeframe.
 
Q. Can you engrave a bottle or item I didn't buy here?
A. Yes, we accept outside items on a case-by-case basis. Fees differ from our in-store pricing and depend on the design requested. A waiver is also required before we begin.
 
Q. Why do I need to sign a waiver for outside items?
A. Laser engraving results can be affected by the material quality, coating, or condition of the item. Since we have no control over items sourced outside our store, we require a signed waiver acknowledging that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
 
Q. What does the waiver cover?
A. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that if damage occurs to your item during the engraving process due to the quality or condition of the item you brought in, we will not replace the item or refund the engraving fee. We take every precaution with every piece, but we cannot guarantee results on items we did not supply.
 
Q. How is pricing determined for outside items?
A. Pricing is based on the complexity and size of the design. A simple message is priced differently from a detailed photo, logo, or custom artwork. Come in with your item and design idea, and we'll give you an accurate quote before you commit.
 
Q. Will I see a preview before you engrave?
A. Yes — we always provide a digital proof of the design for your approval before we start. Please review it carefully, including all text and spelling, since engraving is permanent and cannot be undone.
 
Q. Can engraving be removed or corrected?
A. Laser engraving is permanent and cannot be undone. We copy and paste your request exactly as submitted, so please double-check all names, dates, and wording carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — if we haven't started yet, we can still make adjustments. A digital proof can be provided upon request.
 
Q. Can I get a refund if my bottle wasn't how I wanted?
A. All engravings are final. That is why we ask customers to carefully review their request before submitting — please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and design placement. If you notice anything incorrect, contact us as soon as possible before we begin. Once engraving has started, we are unable to offer refunds or make corrections. However, if the mistake was on our end, we will absorb the loss and issue you a full refund.
