Veuve Clicquot's Vintage Rosé 2012 is the 66th declared vintage of the Veuve Clicquot Champagne House. The blend of 51% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier all from Grands and Premier Crus vineyards creates an excellent blend of finesse and elegance resulting in a perfectly balanced wine. The 2012 Vintage is created using 13% red still wine, exclusively from the Pinot Noir of Bouzy.
The addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks brings great strength and aromatic intensity to this vintage as well as lightly woody, vanilla and toasted aromas.
A crowd-pleaser for its fine balance and integration, offering a mouthwatering mix of wild strawberry and peach fruit, biscuit and salted almond flavors. Hints of anise, pink grapefruit zest and honey show on the creamy finish. Disgorged January 2019. Drink now through 2027
