ASSEMBLY:
Its uniqueness is based on the unique balance of its blend of Chardonnay, the House's signature grape, and Pinot Noir vinified in red. The freshness of Chardonnay echoes the roundness and character of Pinot Noir.
ORIGIN :
45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley, of which 18 to 19% vinified in red. 20 to 25% reserve wines from the previous 2 years.
Ruinart Rosé first presents itself to the eye, revealing a pomegranate color edged with orange reflections.
The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering an original palette of exotic fruits (guava, lychee), and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). Notes of rose and pomegranate complete this complex and intense aromatic profile, dominated by little evolved primary aromas.
On the palate, the attack is frank, the palate silky and fleshy, carried by aromas of pomegranate, guava and lychee, pink grapefruit and peppermint. Ruinart Rosé deploys a complex aromatic bouquet, woven with echoes and correspondences - so many notes ready to reveal their singularity during exotic meals.
A classy rosé that glides across the palate, with flavors of raspberry coulis, yellow peach, chamomile and blanched almond that expand on the creamy mousse and linger on the lightly spiced finish, powered by mouthwatering acidity. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2026.
55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay; 9 g/l dosage; LAH9V): Light orange. Sharply focused red berry and tangerine scents are complicated by suggestions of allspice and cinnamon, with a hint of smokiness in the background. Sappy and minerally on the palate, offering fresh strawberry and blood orange flavors lifted by juicy acidity. Packs a serious punch but carries no excess weight and finishes stony and very long, with echoing red berry character.
