“The pale to medium ruby-colored 2017 Pinot Noir Kali Hart was aged in 15% new oak. The nose offers cranberry jelly, red cherries, woodsmoke, turned earth, tree bark, and moss scents with notions of citrus peel and amaro. Medium-bodied, it’s ultra-silky in the mouth with great flavor intensity, walking a line between ripe fruits and earth character, with a gently grainy frame and great freshness, finishing lifted.” WA February 2020
