YELLOW CHARTREUSE

Yellow Chartreuse is a yellow-colored herbal liqueur produced by the Carthusian monks at the Grande Chartreuse monastery in France. It's a milder, sweeter version of the more famous Green Chartreuse, using 130 botanicals in a secret recipe, with a base spirit derived from grapes. Yellow Chartreuse is characterized by its bright yellow color (from saffron), a soft structure, and a flavor profile with notes of citrus, turmeric, and anise.
