In-Store Pickup
We currently do not accept In-store Pickup orders.
1 Hour Delivery
We offer free local delivery to any address between Houston and Battery Park including:
Same Day Delivery is available for orders over $30, excluding tax and tip
Delivery personnel will ask for a valid 21+ ID. They will use proprietary Cartwheel technology on their smartphones to check the validity of a customer’s form of identification by scanning the barcode on your license. This information is not stored.
Failure to provide a valid 21+ ID could prevent your driver from completing your delivery.
Deliveries can only be made to residential buildings, business or office buildings, and hotels. We do not deliver to external buildings, city parks, etc. Deliveries cannot be left unattended (i.e. "Leave it by the front door").
All deliveries will be conducted during our operating hours, up to 1 hour prior to close of business. Any orders placed within or after 1 hour prior to close of business will be scheduled for the following business day or cancelled.
We generally conduct deliveries within an hour after it is placed. However, this time may be extended based on external factors such as extreme weather, holidays, etc.
2 Hour Delivery
We now offer extended, same-day delivery to addresses between Houston and 65th St. including (but not limited to):
Same Day Delivery is available for orders over $50, excluding tax and tip
All deliveries will be conducted during our operating hours, up to 1 hour prior to close of business. Any orders placed within or after 1 hour prior to close of business will be scheduled for the following business day or cancelled.
The 2 hour time frame is not guaranteed and may be extended based on external factors such as extreme weather, holidays, etc.

To ensure business orders arrive as requested, please give the maximum notice available. Such notice should be given where orders require chilled wines and/or large or case orders. Notice ensures we will have your stock reserved and that our drivers may plan accordingly for your delivery.
Gift Orders
We offer complimentary gift wrapping and greeting cards upon request. If you would like to add a message, please add the message in its entirety to the order notes or comments.
Paper gift bags are available for an additional fee.
Gift recipient must be present with their photo ID to receive your order. If either is unavailable, the order will be returned to the store.
